Do I need a license?
Being licensed is a requirement for contracting and onboarding. Our team can help you walk through the process of earning your license, and once completed guide you to becoming a producer.
Do I need sales experience?
Sales experience is not required. We offer a full suite of training and onboarding to help each new agent reach their full potential.
What carrier will I have access to?
We represent the largest Health insurance companies and encourage you to reach out to learn more about our carrier partnerships.
Is there a minimum production number?
There is no minimum production or quota for agents. We do not believe or practice steering. Our goal is to always keep our clients and their needs top as our top priority.
Can you help me expand into other states?
We can help you expand your Medicare book of business into all 50 states.
How does compensation work?
Compensation is paid out on a carrier by carrier basis. Where compensation can be paid out directly from the insurance carrier, it will be.
Will I own my book of business?
You own 100% of your business starting day one. There is no vesting period.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding can take anywhere from a week to thirty days, depending on current licensing status and contracting.
Do you provide leads?
We provide an industry leading, competitive lead generation program for agents who are driven to find sales outside of their immediate network. We believe in our agents having real opportunities.
Can I work part-time?
The best part about being your own boss is making your own schedule. You work as you see best fit.
Is there a cost to join?
There are no costs associated with joining USBG. Contracting, and software is all supplied to you at no cost.
